Content that follows the plan, approved before it posts

Plan a month of posts per brand from the approved growth plan, get them approved by the client, and publish on schedule.

1

The problem

  • Content calendars are disconnected from what the business is trying to grow.
  • Approvals happen in email threads and screenshots.
  • One wrong post during a crisis is hard to stop across every account.

2

How it works

  1. Brands and pillars

Brands, account groups, pillars, campaigns and series, with a monthly plan that cites its evidence.

  2. Calendar from the plan

The approved plan becomes the calendar. Bulk actions and a per-brand pause switch are built in.

  3. Client approval link

A no-login link where the client approves, rejects or comments on the month's posts. It expires after 7, 14 or 30 days.

  4. Media library

Uploads with consent records for people shown, and labels on AI-assisted media.

  5. Compliance checks

Each post is checked against your industry's claim and disclosure rules before it can be approved.

3

What you approve

  • The monthly plan
  • Each post, by your team or by the client through the approval link
  • Any AI-generated media before use

4

What you get

  • A calendar tied to the growth plan
  • A record of who approved what, and when
  • A monthly review of what was published

Where it stands today

Google Business Profile publishing is live. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn connections are built and awaiting platform verification; TikTok is in sandbox. Paid image and video generation is off unless you turn it on with a budget.
