Ad operations with a safety catch
AgentGrowth watches pacing and cost per qualified lead against the plan, proposes changes and makes the approved ones on the platform, then reads them back.
1
The problem
- Budgets overspend or sit idle between weekly check-ins.
- Optimizing for cheap leads quietly fills the pipeline with poor ones.
- Changes made in the ad platform leave no record of who decided what.
2
How it works
Connected platforms
Meta, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local Services), LinkedIn, TikTok and Reddit, plus GA4 for analytics.
Pacing and rules
Pacing against the plan, creative fatigue, negative keywords and ad schedules. A new rule runs as a 72-hour dry run first.
Write, then verify
Budget, status, keyword and asset changes are made through the platform's API and read back to confirm they match what was approved.
Tiers and autopilot
Each kind of change is set to approval, notify or automatic. On autopilot only budget cuts and pausing worn-out ads can run without a person; that ceiling is in code.
Special ad categories
Housing and financial-products campaigns declare Meta's special ad category, and it is read back after launch.
3
What you approve
- Budget increases and new campaigns
- Each rule before it leaves its dry run
- Your autopilot policy
4
What you get
- An audit trail of every change and who approved it
- Pacing and cost per qualified lead against the plan
- Conversion values sent back to the platforms where allowed
Where it stands today
Each connection depends on the ad platform approving API access. Until it does, the connection shows Pending platform approval and works on sandbox data.
